Toddler crumbs, shepherd hair, coffee stains, winter mess. Professional car interior cleaning in Bowmanville since 2009. Interior Detail from $160, Interior Deep Clean from $260. Carpet cleaning, seat shampoo, steam clean vents and tracks, pet hair removal, and ozone odour treatment.
Odours come from what soaked in, not what you smell
Spilled milk, a wet dog, gym bags, a leaking windshield seal. The smell people notice is coming off whatever went through the carpet and into the foam underneath. Fragrance sits on top of it and wears off in a week. Ozone treatment breaks the odour molecules down instead, and it runs after the interior is cleaned, with the vehicle sealed for one to two hours. Cleaning first matters: ozone on a dirty interior treats the air and leaves the source in the foam.
Pet hair is a separate job from vacuuming
Hair from a shepherd or a husky works its way into the weave of the carpet and the seat fabric and anchors there. A vacuum passes straight over it. Getting it out means lifting it from the fibres first, which is slow, hands-on work and the reason pet hair removal is priced separately rather than folded into the base clean. Light shedding on the surface comes out with the regular vacuum and costs nothing extra.
Extraction pulls the dirt out, shampoo alone moves it around
Hot water extraction injects cleaning solution into the carpet and seat fabric and pulls it back out with the dirt suspended in it. Shampooing on its own lifts soil to the surface and leaves it to dry back in, which is why a shampooed seat often looks worse a week later than it did the day it was done. Extraction is what separates the Interior Deep Clean from the Interior Detail.
Compressed air before anything else
Every vent, seat track, seam and crevice gets blown out with compressed air before a vacuum touches the car. It moves grit that no vacuum nozzle reaches. Skip it and that grit gets pushed back into the open the first time somebody drops into the driver seat, which is how an interior that was cleaned properly still looks dusty two days later.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Interior Detail and Interior Deep Clean?
Interior Detail is a thorough dry and light-chemical clean: compressed air blowout of all vents and crevices, full vacuum, surface degreasing, floor mat restoration, and window cleaning. Interior Deep Clean adds hot water extraction of all fabric seats and carpets, leather deep cleaning and conditioning, and steam cleaning of hard-to-reach areas. Deep Clean is the right choice for vehicles with pet hair, stains, or odour issues.
Why do you start with compressed air?
Compressed air blown into every vent, crevice, seat track, and seam before any vacuuming dislodges debris that a vacuum alone cannot reach. This is what separates a professional interior detail from a quick clean. Skipping this step leaves grit and debris in seams that gets redistributed the first time someone sits in the car.
Can you remove pet hair?
Yes. Pet hair removal is a common add-on service priced from $50 depending on the severity. Ground-in pet hair takes considerably more time than regular vacuuming and is priced separately. We remove it thoroughly; we do not just vacuum over it.
Can you remove odours?
Yes. Our ozone treatment ($40) eliminates odours at the molecular level rather than masking them with fragrance. For vehicles with embedded odours from pets, smoke, food, or mildew, ozone treatment is applied after the interior detail is complete and the vehicle is sealed for 1-2 hours.
How long does interior detailing take?
Interior Detail typically takes 2-3 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Interior Deep Clean takes 3-5 hours. We will give you a specific time estimate when you book. We recommend dropping the vehicle off in the morning.

Great experience. I was able to get in for an appointment the day after I called and they did such a thorough job. I have a German shepherd and his hair gets everywhere. It looked like a brand new car. The best part was they dropped the car off for me when it was done. Will definitely be back!

We had our SUV detailed and I am SO impressed with this service. I literally didn't recognize my vehicle getting into it. Everything was spotless. Our SUV was so messy from winter, many road trips and just having a toddler in the car.

The detailing done (interior and exterior) was absolutely flawless. I've never received such wonderful, friendly service. My car was previously smoked in, and it's impossible to tell. Windows, mats, leather seats, cloth interiors were all immaculate.

Ultimate Detail did an excellent job on my SUV. After a long winter of salt, dirt, slush and mess from 2 kids it is now spotless! Very impressed and absolutely LOVE the mobile option! I couldn't have done it better. I will definitely recommend Ultimate Detail to all my friends and family.

Had my car detailed here. They were super friendly and accommodating, and very understanding of the absolute mess my car was in. My car came back cleaner than when I bought it- not kidding. Highly recommend.
