Car Detailing

Courtice residents are our closest neighbours, and many of our most loyal customers live right here. Our shop on Baseline Rd E in Bowmanville is just 8 minutes east, making it the most convenient option for car detailing, auto detailing, interior car detailing, and Rust Check.

Courtice sits right at the Bowmanville border, which makes our shop the obvious choice for vehicle care: no long drive, no rearranging your day. New and used vehicle purchases are common here, and protecting that investment with regular detailing and annual Rust Check is the smart move. Being so close to our shop also means quick drop-off and same-day pickup on most services.

Getting Here from Courtice

From Courtice, the fastest route is Highway 2 (King St) East for about 8 minutes. The most direct route is Courtice Rd north until it connects to Baseline Rd, then east past Liberty Street to our shop at 161 Baseline Rd E.

Detailing Built for Courtice Drivers

Courtice is one of the fastest-growing communities in Clarington, with new subdivisions going up across Courtice Heights and Glenview every year. The vehicle mix here reflects that: family SUVs, minivans, daily commuters running the 401 west to Toronto and Oshawa, and the contractor pickups serving all that new construction. Each one comes in with different wear. Family vehicles see crumbs, juice spills, pet hair, and the kind of carpet abuse that only happens with a five-year-old in a car seat. Commuter cars come back coated in 401 highway film and road salt every winter. Work trucks bring drywall dust, paint, and bay-floor grit. Our packages handle the actual reality, not a marketing brochure version of it.

Every Package, One 8-Minute Drive

A wash and wax starts at $50 and gets the road film and salt off in about 90 minutes. A full interior detail at $160 hits every vent, seat seam, and crevice with compressed air before the vacuum and chemicals come out, which is what gets ground-in dirt out of family vehicles. A complete in-and-out detail at $210 combines both. Showroom-level work with hot water extraction, steam, and clay bar runs from $400 and is what we recommend after a long winter or before a private sale. Pet hair removal, ozone treatments for pet or smoke odour, and headlight restoration are honest add-ons priced by what your vehicle actually needs.

Why Courtice Customers Choose Us

The math is simple. Courtice to our shop is 8 minutes on Highway 2. There is also a literal straight-line route: Courtice Rd north until it connects to Baseline Rd, then east past Liberty Street and you are at our door. Not the fastest, but the most direct, and a lot of customers who live on Courtice Rd just take that one. Courtice to Oshawa for a comparable shop is 15 to 20 minutes plus the parking and traffic, and most Oshawa shops do not have on-site Rust Check the same day. We are closer, we have the full service range under one roof, and we have been doing this in the same shop on Baseline Rd E since 2009. Most of our Courtice customers come back every year and bring the second household vehicle in too.

Pickup, Delivery, and Same-Day Options

Valet pickup and delivery in Courtice is $30. We pick up your vehicle from your home or workplace and return it when the work is done, which works well for families with one vehicle and two schedules to coordinate. Same-day service is often available for wash and wax, exterior details, and standalone services if you call ahead. Larger detail packages and ceramic coatings are scheduled a few days out so we can give your vehicle the full time it needs.

How It Works

  1. Compressed air blowout: Every vent, seat track, crevice, and seam gets blown out before any vacuum runs. This is what dislodges debris a vacuum alone never reaches and is the difference between a real detail and a quick clean.
  2. Full multi-stage vacuum: Floors, seats, headliner, trunk, and hard-to-reach corners with specialised attachments. Seat tracks, between cushions, and under floor mats all get worked.
  3. Surface degrease and wipe: Every plastic, vinyl, and leather surface degreased and wiped with appropriate product. Dashboards, door cards, console, glove box, cup holders, and steering wheel all get hands-on attention.
  4. Carpet and floor mat work: Hot water extraction on heavily soiled carpets and mats, or thorough wet-vacuum on lighter cleans. Floor mats come out and get individually shampooed when included in the package.
  5. Glass, mirrors, and final inspection: Inside and outside of every window streak-free, mirrors detailed, and a final walk-through to catch anything missed. The vehicle does not leave the bay until we would be happy to drive it ourselves.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does auto detailing cost in Courtice?
A wash and wax starts at $50 for small cars. Interior details start at $160, complete in-and-out details at $210, and showroom-level work from $400. Pricing scales with vehicle size, so trucks and three-row SUVs run higher than compact cars. We give honest quotes after seeing your vehicle.
How close is your shop to Courtice?
8 minutes on Highway 2 East. We are at 161 Baseline Rd E in Bowmanville, just off the Liberty St exit from the 401. Courtice to Oshawa for a comparable shop is 15 to 20 minutes plus traffic, so we are the closer option for almost every Courtice neighborhood.
Do you offer pickup and delivery in Courtice?
Yes. Valet pickup and delivery in Courtice is $30. We pick up your vehicle from your home or workplace and return it when the detail is complete. Many Courtice families with one vehicle and two schedules use it.
Can you handle a family vehicle that has been through it?
Yes. Family vehicles are most of what comes through the bay. Crayon on door cards, juice in floor mats, ground-in pet hair, hidden cheerios under the seat tracks. The compressed air blowout step pulls debris out of seat seams and rails the vacuum cannot reach. Pet hair removal is priced separately because not every vehicle needs it.
What neighborhoods do you serve in Courtice?
Every neighborhood. Courtice Heights, Courtice North, Glenview, the Trulls Road corridor, Hancock Road area, Bloor Street, Townline Road area, Courtice South, and out to the lakeshore. Customers drop off at the shop or use our valet service.
How long does a full detail take?
Full Detail runs 3 to 5.5 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Showroom Detail with hot water extraction, steam, and clay bar runs 5 to 8 hours. We give you a real time estimate when you book based on your specific vehicle, not a marketing range.
