At 8 minutes away, we are the most practical option for Courtice drivers, and many drop their vehicle in the morning and pick it up the next day after the coating has fully cured.
From Courtice, the fastest route is Highway 2 (King St) East for about 8 minutes. The most direct route is Courtice Rd north until it connects to Baseline Rd, then east past Liberty Street to our shop at 161 Baseline Rd E.
Courtice has more new builds and new vehicles per capita than almost anywhere else in Clarington. New families buying new SUVs, new trucks for the contractors building the next subdivision, new sedans for the 401 commute. Ceramic coating on a new vehicle is the single best paint preservation move you can make. It locks the paint in at the condition it left the dealer in, before Highway 2 road salt and 401 brine can chew through clear coat. For older Courtice vehicles, paint correction first restores the gloss, then ceramic coating seals it for three to five years.

The honest sequence for badly weathered paint is correction first, then coating, and being nearby means you can have the paint inspected and quoted on one trip and book the actual work for a day that suits you. It also makes the standalone services worth doing on their own: headlight restoration as a wet sand, polish and UV coat, concrete splatter removal quoted per job because the safe technique depends on how long the splatter has been curing on the paint, and a single panel polish when only one panel is the problem. None of those need an overnight stay.
Neither of these is a package tier we pick by budget. The correction level is decided by what the paint is doing under the lights. We wash and decontaminate first, because half of what looks like scratching from a driveway inspection turns out to be bonded contamination that clay lifts off. Then the paint gets read properly: swirl marks show as a cobweb pattern under a point light source, deeper scratches catch a fingernail, and water-spot etching reads as flat dull rings that will not wipe away. Light swirling and haze is single stage work, one cutting compound and one polish. Deeper scratching, oxidation and etching needs dual stage, a heavier cut first and then a finer polish to bring the gloss back up, because the compound that removes the defect also leaves its own haze behind. Sometimes the honest answer is a test section: we correct one panel, look at the result together, and price the rest from what actually happened rather than from a guess.
Ceramic coating alone starts at $400 for cars and scales by vehicle size. Single stage paint correction is $300 to $425. Dual stage correction is $475 to $725. Most ceramic jobs combine correction and coating, with typical packages running $700 to $1,250 depending on vehicle size and correction level. We quote honestly after inspection. If correction is overkill for your paint, we say so. If a more aggressive correction is needed, we explain why and what the difference will look like. The coating itself is applied panel by panel and then needs a full cure window in the bay with the vehicle kept dry. From Courtice that usually means dropping off in the morning and collecting the next day rather than waiting. The detailing done (interior and exterior) was absolutely flawless. I've never received such wonderful, friendly service. My car was previously smoked in, and it's impossible to tell. Windows, mats, leather seats, cloth interiors were all immaculate.
