Tesla detailing has some specific things worth knowing before you book. The large flat panels on Model Y and Model 3 show swirl marks clearly, and the softer paint finishes on white and lighter colours are easy to damage with the wrong wash method. Tesla vehicles in Ontario face the same road salt and weather challenges as any other vehicle, but their owners tend to prioritize paint preservation more than average. The large, flat paint panels on Model Y and Model 3 are susceptible to swirl marks from automatic car washes. Regular hand washing and professional detailing is the right approach for keeping these surfaces in top condition. Teslas have a few features that change how the detail goes. Model 3 and Model Y have a single-piece glass roof that runs front-to-back across the cabin. Cleaning it inside and outside requires more time than a standard sunroof, and the inner side gets fingerprint marks and dust that customers notice immediately when streaks remain. We do the inside of the glass roof on every Tesla detail. Camera pillars on Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X have small camera lenses and B-pillar surfaces that need careful cleaning because Autopilot performance depends on a clean lens. We wipe these with appropriate optical-safe product, never abrasive product. Cargo frunk (front trunk where the engine would normally be) gets vacuumed and wiped clean on every Full Detail and Showroom Detail at no extra charge, which is a step quick-wash shops typically miss.
Teslas use a synthetic vegan leather seat material that Tesla calls "premium leather alternative" or simply "white interior" / "black interior" without specifying material. Functionally it cleans like high-grade synthetic leather, similar to Toyota SofTex but slightly different chemistry. The wrong product (genuine-leather conditioner formulated for animal-hide leather) can leave streaks and a slightly sticky residue on Tesla synthetic. We use a synthetic-leather-appropriate product on every Tesla, never genuine-leather conditioner. White synthetic leather is particularly demanding because every bit of dye transfer from clothing shows. Hot water extraction on Interior Deep Clean lifts most of the dye-transfer marks; deep-set marks are harder. We give an honest call in the bay before guaranteeing results on heavy white-seat staining.
Tesla paint on white, silver, and lighter colours is softer than competitor paint and shows swirl marks immediately under direct sunlight. Even brushless automatic car washes can drag grit across the paint and leave swirl patterns. We hand wash every Tesla, every time, no exception. Foam bath, two-bucket method, microfiber-only contact. Recommendations to customers: avoid automatic car washes entirely between visits. Use a touchless rinse if you must use a commercial wash. Hand wash at home with pH-neutral soap if you have time. For Tesla owners who want longer-term protection, ceramic coating is the highest-leverage single application. Ceramic coating Model 3 or Model Y is $400 base, and the hydrophobic surface means dirt rinses off rather than sticking. Pricing is quote-only because final cost depends on paint condition and whether correction is needed.

We had our SUV detailed and I am SO impressed with this service. I literally didn't recognize my vehicle getting into it. Everything was spotless. Our SUV was so messy from winter, many road trips and just having a toddler in the car.
Great experience. I was able to get in for an appointment the day after I called and they did such a thorough job. I have a German shepherd and his hair gets everywhere. It looked like a brand new car. The best part was they dropped the car off for me when it was done. Will definitely be back!
The detailing done (interior and exterior) was absolutely flawless. I've never received such wonderful, friendly service. My car was previously smoked in, and it's impossible to tell. Windows, mats, leather seats, cloth interiors were all immaculate.
