Teslas have some specific things worth knowing before you detail them. The large flat panels on Model 3 and Model Y show swirl marks clearly, and the softer paint finishes on white and lighter colours are easy to damage with the wrong wash method. We hand wash only, no automatic contact wash, and we use products that are safe for all Tesla paint finishes including the glass roof panels.
