Terms of Service

Appointments & Drop-Offs

All detailing services are by appointment or scheduled drop-off. Walk-ins are accommodated when possible but not guaranteed. Rust Check appointments are typically same-day or next-day.

Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on our workload for the day.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee at our discretion. We understand things come up — just give us a call and we will work with you.

Pricing & Estimates

All prices listed on our website are starting prices based on vehicle size category. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, level of soiling, pet hair, and other factors assessed at drop-off.

We will always communicate any price adjustments before beginning work. No surprises.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued for a dollar amount and do not expire. They can be applied toward any service we offer including detailing, Rust Check, ceramic coating, and products.

If a gift card was purchased at a previous price point and the corresponding service has since increased in price, the gift card value will be applied to the current price. The remaining balance can be paid at time of service. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Rust Check — First Drill Charge

Vehicles that have never had Rust Check applied may require access holes to be drilled for the interior cavity treatment. A $10 first-drill charge applies to cover materials. If your vehicle already has access points from a previous Rust Check or similar service (even from another provider), the drill charge does not apply. We assess this at drop-off.

Vehicle Contents & Personal Items

Please remove all valuables and personal items from your vehicle before drop-off. While we take care with every vehicle, Ultimate Detail & Rust Check is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Our goal is for every customer to leave happy.

Liability

Ultimate Detail & Rust Check is fully licensed and insured. We exercise professional care with every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or paint defects that may become more visible after cleaning (e.g., scratches hidden under dirt).

Any pre-existing damage will be noted at drop-off. We photograph vehicles before and after service for our records.
